Zekelman Industries is seeking an Information Security Manager located in Wheatland, PA. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, the Information Security Manager manages the operations of the Information Security team, and establishes and maintains enterprise security stance through policy, architecture, and training processes. RESPONSIBILITES Manage, train, and coach Information Security teammates Design and manage the Company's long-term security management strategy in areas of risk management, architecture design, training, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new security solutions and enhancements Manage and coordinate security incident management Supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide on-going communication with senior management Supervise the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data residing on or transmitted by enterprise workstations, servers, manufacturing systems and data repositories Document and maintain the enterprise's security policies, standards, and procedures Select and acquire additional security solutions or enhancements to improve overall enterprise security Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT and OT security industry Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule, including rotating on-call availability, is an essential function of this role Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy QUALIFICATIONS College diploma or university degree in computer science, information security, or 5 years equivalent work experience One or more of the following or equivalent certifications:
GIAC Security Essentials Certification, GIAC Security Leadership Certification, ISACA Certified Information Security Manager, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer:
Security, (ISC)2 SCCP, (ISC)2 CISSP, (ISC)2 ISSAP Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory; IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols; SIEM technology Cisco Security Suite experience preferred Familiarity with OT, Industrial Control and MES Systems; CMMC and current NIST security standards Project management skills for financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management 10% travel required Able to travel between US and Canada PHYSICAL ABILITIES Remain in stationary position for the majority of the day Occasional movement inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Ability to lift up to 10lbs Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time Zekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low cost, high quality medical and dental benefits.
