Lead Security Analyst
Zekelman Industries is seeking a Lead Security Analyst located in Wheatland, PA. Reporting to the Manager of Information Security. The Lead Security Analyst drives the operations of the Information Security team, and supports the enterprise security stance through policy, architecture, and training processes. RESPONSIBILITES Lead the deployment, integration, configuration, and maintenance of all security solutions and enhancements; including SIEM, anti-virus, patch management, vulnerability management and threat detection. Lead and coordinate security incident management Lead all investigations into suspicious activity and provide on-going communication with IT management Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data residing on or transmitted by enterprise workstations, servers, manufacturing systems and data repositories Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee enforcement of policies, procedures, and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practices. Assess need for any security reconfigurations (minor or significant) and execute them if required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT and OT security industry Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule, including rotating on-call availability, is an essential function of this role Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy QUALIFICATIONS College diploma or university degree in computer science, information security, or 5 years equivalent work experience One or more of the following or equivalent certifications:
GIAC Security Essentials Certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer:
Security, (ISC)2 SCCP, (ISC)2 CISSP, (ISC)2 ISSAP, CySA+, CASP
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory; IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols; SIEM technology Cisco Security Suite experience preferred Familiarity with OT, Industrial Control and MES Systems; CMMC and current NIST security standards 10% travel required Able to travel between US and Canada PHYSICAL ABILITIES Remain in stationary position for the majority of the day Occasional movement inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Ability to lift up to 10lbs Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time Zekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low cost, high quality medical and dental benefits.
